 Janyne Merritt has been in the manufactured housing industry for over 13 years.  After graduating from Indiana State University in 1990, she began looking for a career that would be both satisfying and a challenge.  In 1993, Janyne discovered her talent and joined a well-known local manufactured housing retailer.  It was there that she gained the experience necessary to open Homes Express in 2001.

Janyne has two beautiful daughters, has lived in Brazil, Indiana her entire life, and gives discounts to all Clay County residents!

Janyne believes in handling every homebuyer's transaction with the goal of total homebuyer satisfaction.  At Homes Express, every aspect of the home purchase process --  from purchase agreement to home specification to the final walk-through -- is recorded in writing.  No verbal agreements at Homes Express.  When you purchase a home you know precisely both our and your responsibilities!
