Janyne Merritt has been in the modular and manufactured home industry for over 18 years.  After graduating from Indiana State University in 1990, she began looking for a career that would be both satisfying and a challenge.  In 1993, Janyne discovered her talent and joined a well-known local manufactured housing retailer.  It was there that she gained the experience necessary to open Homes Express in 2001.  Homes Express is proud to carry an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and to be their builders' (Redman Homes) #1 Indiana Home Center 2007 through 2010...and we are ready to obtain this achievement again in 2011!

Janyne built a 2 1/2 story modular home in 2008 (shown on our home page) and absolutely loves it!  She has two beautiful daughters, the oldest who also lives in a manufactured home, and her youngest, who still lives at home and makes the 3rd floor her own personal palace.

Janyne believes in handling every homebuyer's transaction with the goal of total homebuyer satisfaction.  At Homes Express, every aspect of the home purchase process-from purchase agreement to home specification, to the final walk-through--is recorded in writing.  No verbal agreements at Homes Express.  When you purchase a home you know precisely both our and your responsibilities!
