We have a very clear way to ensure this.  We're so proud of our approach that we tell the world about it through our website and write it into our contract!

Everything starts with selecting the right home from one of our quality builders, and is then followed by our careful set-up and inspections.

But this isn't the end -- it is just the beginning.

Next, we do a "walkthrough" of your home with you, noting any items that need to be repaired.  We can fix most anything on the spot or shortly thereafter.  Sometimes the builder will have to provide a replacement part or do a specialized repair, and in those cases we stay on top of your work order so that it is completed in as timely a manner as possible.
