In all honesty, the process can get complicated -- and making your purchase decision is just the first step.  Pouring the foundation, installing well and septic, constructing and finishing the home on site -- all of this and more has to be taken into account.  Which is why we go out of our way to make sure that we're with you every step of the way.

If there is any one single reason that you should buy your home from Homes Express, it's that we ensure that your home is set properly and passes our rigorous 60 point inspection.  We can't emphasize how important a consideration this should be as you decide where to purchase your home.  A beautiful home, improperly constructed on site, can be a nightmare.

When you think you have negotiated an incredible deal with another retailer, you may have just made a trade-off you weren't aware of, because skimping on the site work -- the foundation, set (construction on site), and finish work -- is a way to cut costs that homebuyers typically can't see.

What do we do at Homes Express?

First, we inspect the foundation.  We will not set a home on a foundation that is not proper based on an inspection done to the best of our ability.

Second, your home passes our rigorous 60 point inspection.  The home set is something very few companies -- retailers or contractors -- do well.  A good set is the key to minimizing problems in the future, and you can't tell by looking at a home from the outside whether or not it has been set well.  We have a rigorous 60 point home set checklist, and a Homes Express employee, with 11 years of experience setting homes, inspects each set.  You can rest easy with Homes Express.

Third, we can fix almost anything ourselves.  Any necessary repair is performed either by the factory builder or Homes Express.  And since our Operations employees have years of experience setting and repairing homes, you can rely on our professional service capabilities.
